FAQ's


-What are the basic criteria in order to get registered for a language course?

Age requirement:
Minimum age requirement is 13 years for enrollment to regular courses.
For enrollment to summer camps, children’s courses and private tuition, the age criteria is flexible and dependent on the particular course selected.
Knowledge of English is required for the benefit of the candidate.

-Can we pay the course fees on installment basis?

The registration will be held valid only when full amount of the respective course fee has been paid either by cash, cheque or demand draft. For more information, please speak with the centre coordinator personally.

-On an average, how many students are present for a particular batch?

Our minimum average number of students is 5 or 6 per batch and the maximum average number is 20 per batch.

-Do you have native speakers?

Yes. Generally, our native trainers are assigned for the higher levels of the language courses.

-Do you offer package courses?

Sorry, at the moment, only individual level courses are conducted.

-Would the teacher be able to come to the residence of the student?

Sorry, private tuition and all other classes will be conducted at the institute premises only. Trainers will not be assigned to the students’ personal residences.

-If I am absent for a few classes, how can I make up for it?

Every class begins with a revision of the previous class. If you have missed a single class you will have no problem in following the subsequent class. However, “Make up classes” can be availed by the students after paying a fee of Rs 600/- per hour of extra class. These classes can be scheduled by prior request and appointment with the centre coordinator.

-After the completion of the course, when would one receive the certificate?

Certificates and marks cards will be issued only one month after the completion of the course. In case a student wishes to have it issued in advance they will need to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- for the same. Please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” document available on our website for more details.

-Is IFLaC certification internationally recognised?

Yes. Our Spanish language certification is accredited by Instituto Cervantes (A unit of the Spanish Government under the Cultural Ministry of Spain).

-How do I register for DELE?

The DELE is held at our institute once a year in the month of May. The examination dates, duration of the registration period and fee payments are announced via email and will also be published on our IFLaC website. Students can register with us either personally at our Chakravarthy Layout Center or via email. Please email your queries to coordinator2@iflac.net, info@iflac.net

-Do you have employment opportunities?
